This highly experiential program teaches mindfulness meditation skills specifically to assist with anxiety, stress, depression, anger issues, attentional issues and devotes time to practicing mindfulness skills in the group. The teaching style is gentle, supportive, and encouraging while recognizing the challenges that arise. Different topics are covered across the 4 stages of the program.
