Monthly Support: The Melbourne Mindfulness Institute is committed to ensuring that people who have invested in learning the MiCBT techniques are supported to maintain their skills. We offer free monthly mindfulness sessions (on the third Thursday of each month) for all past clients.

UPDATE: – we are currently running twice weekly online sessions to support people in these challenging times.

Mindfulness “mini-retreat”: These sessions are an additional service designed for those who have attended MiCBT training and would like to further consolidate their mindfulness practice. There is a $50 charge for these sessions. Refreshments provided.
