Maintaining your meditation practice
The Melbourne Mindfulness Institute is committed to ensuring that people who have invested in learning the MiCBT techniques are supported to maintain their skills. We offer regular mindfulness sessions for all past clients.
UPDATE: We are currently running three weekly online sessions to support people in these challenging times.
Free Online Meditation Sessions
We have been offering a one-hour group meditation session for those who wish to maintain their meditation practice on the third Thursday of each month. We are now offering weekly sessions online.
- Tuesdays at 8am (lead by Boyd Cowley)
- Wednesdays at 7pm (lead by Jill Beattie)
- Fridays at 12noon (lead by Sarah Francis)
Saturday Mini Retreats
These sessions are an additional service designed for those who have attended MiCBT training and would like to further consolidate their mindfulness practice. There is a small charge for these sessions. Refreshments provided.
These sessions provide the opportunity to deepen your practice as you meditate during a whole afternoon with short breaks and an opportunity to ask questions.
